The NewYork-Presbyterian Ambulatory Care Network Access and Scheduling Center schedules appointments for existing and new patients seeking care at our practices. In addition to assisting with scheduling needs, our dedicated team can also create medical record numbers and verify insurance. If they are unable to handle your scheduling needs directly, they will refer you to the appropriate NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital department or service. The Access and Scheduling Center can also assist external providers in obtaining requested services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital for their patients.
