Project Objectives

Increase early access to, and retention to, HIV Focus

Announcements/Deadline

• NYP Queens is collaborating with Brightpoint Health and Aids Center of Queens to implement peer led intervention program for the HIV project. As part of this program, Brightpoint Health and Aids Center of Queens will be doing the following:
  • Provide targeted outreach to Queens Community high risk populations.
  • Increase accessibility to medical care among HIV patients in high risk communities
  • Launch an education program for providers inclusive of targeted PPS network partners to ensure cultural competency and health literacy techniques for high risk patients.
