It is the policy of the Hospital, consistent with its respect for patients' privacy and confidentiality, to provide clear and
concise guidelines to obtain consent to photograph, video or audio record ("film") patients.
This policy applies to filming or photographing patients for internal organizational purposes: (for example, performance improvement and education).

All filming/photography done at the conference center must receive written approval from the Conference Center staff prior to the event. Any filming/photography done without prior approval will be asked to stop immediately.
