Food and beverage may be served in the Riverview Terrace, the meeting rooms and the pre-function area. No food or beverage is allowed inside Myrna L. Daniels Auditorium. Beverages with permanent dyes (i.e., red punch, red wine, cranberry, blueberry, raspberry juices/drinks, etc.) are NOT to be served in the Myrna L. Daniels Auditorium, the pre-function area, and the meeting rooms. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if areas require cleaning beyond normal end of day janitorial service, i.e. carpet cleaning, etc.
All catering on our premises must be done through NewYork-Presbyterian Catering without exception. Food may not be delivered to the conference center by outside caterers/restaurants nor may food be brought in from other parts of the hospital. Hot food is only permitted in the Riverview Terrace.
Once the event is confirmed, please contact NewYork-Presbyterian Catering to place your order. Orders must be placed at least 3 working days prior to the meeting/event for cold food and 5 working days prior to the event for hot food though as much advanced notice as possible is appreciated.
Alcoholic Beverage Use
Alcohol may be served to individuals 21 years of age or over in the Conference Center through NewYork-Presbyterian Catering only. Although alcoholic beverages may be served, it may NOT be sold at an event for any reason.
