To provide you with additional support from your loved ones, they are invited to visit you during your hospitalization. Patients or a support person, selected by the patient when s/he is admitted, may decide who visits and when. For the general public, the Hospital recommends visitation between 9:00am and 9:00pm. The recommended visiting hours do not apply to the patient's designated support person, who has open visitation privileges.
NYP Lawrence is committed to providing a safe environment for all patients so we may ask you to limit the number of guests you have or their time in the room to ensure patients are comfortable and getting the rest they need. Also, the Hospital supports patient-directed visiting hours in order to meet the psycho-social and emotional needs of our patients with unique circumstances.
Visitors may include but are not limited to a spouse, same or opposite sex domestic partner, another family member, or a friend, for emotional support during the course of your stay.
