All boxes and/or packages must be received by the conference center staff at least one business day prior to the start of your event. Please ensure that all boxes and/or packages are labeled with the shipping address below and inform the conference center staff of how many packages you will be expecting to expedite the delivery process. At the conclusion of the event, to return shipped items, the client must handle all arrangements and provide all necessary paperwork including a pre-paid return label.
