Our TA opportunities are not just planned for you; they are planned with you! We choose topics collaboratively with our participating CBO partners, often inviting them to co-facilitate a session and share their experiences. TA is offered periodically throughout the year, and we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
Workshops are in-person events open to all members of a community based organizations. These sessions provide an opportunity to come together and share best practices, insights, and learned experiences from one another around thematic topics.
Webinars provide relevant and impactful online information, with educational topics informed and guided by input from our CBO partners. Webinars require prior registration but are open to all CBOs across New York City and Westchester County.
Conferences are a one-day intensive that brings community-based organizations together for learning, connection, and skill-building. The conference features practical workshops, peer exchange, and expert-led sessions designed to strengthen organizational capacity and long-term sustainability.
Coaching Sessions are conducted with our consulting partners, Plan A Advisors. Facilitated virtually, these sessions offer a one-on-one opportunity for CBO staff and board members to engage with a thought partner to discuss challenges, opportunities, or decisions facing your organization. Discussion topics include fundraising, grant applications, board or staff management, project planning, and more. Coaching sessions are available to all CBOs across New York City and Westchester County and can be scheduled here.
