Applications for 2026 Mini-Grants are Now Open

Mini-Grant

It takes vision, resilience, and deep commitment to launch a nonprofit organization, and NewYork-Presbyterian is here to support that journey. Mini-Grants are designed to uplift small, grassroots nonprofits in New York City and Westchester County that are making a difference through innovative, community-driven health and wellness programs.

Mini-Grants is a three-year grant helps build capacity for organizations with limited resources by combining funding with educational and skill-building opportunities.

Funding includes:

  • Year 1: $7,500
  • Year 2: Up to $10,000
  • Year 3: Up to $12,500

To be considered for funding, applicants must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3), government agency, or operate under a fiscal sponsor
  • Have an annual operating budget under $500,000
  • Focus on health and wellness in underserved communities
