Health Care for Youth with or At Risk for HIV
The Center for Young Adults of NewYork-Presbyterian's Project STAY program supports adolescents and young adults living with or at risk for HIV in and around New York City by providing them with a "medical home" comprised of healthcare providers, social workers, health educators, and other support staff. Together they provide a comprehensive array of services, such as:
- Screening for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, and pregnancy
- Medical evaluation, treatment, and management
- Mental health counseling
- Patient navigation
