What is a Virtual Urgent Care visit?

Virtual Urgent Care provides real-time access to a doctor via video chat with a smart phone, tablet or computer seven days a week, from 8am to midnight for Adults and 8am to midnight for Pediatrics.

Who is eligible for a Virtual Urgent Care visit?

Anyone is eligible to use Virtual Urgent Care as long as you are located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida at the time of your visit. For questions or to start a visit, click here.

What will a Virtual Urgent Care visit cost?

Registering for NYP OnDemand is free of cost. Real-time access to a doctor using our Virtual Urgent Care services is $49 per visit. Your price may differ depending on your insurance provider.

How can I pay for my visit?

Be prepared to pay for your Virtual Urgent Care visit with a credit card at the time of your visit. You will be asked to enter your credit card information after you enter the waiting room. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance, and be reimbursed for this service. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine if your plan offers this as a covered benefit. Additionally, we accept all Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) cards.
