Supergreen Smoothie
This delicious and filling smoothie is high in protein and fiber and rich in heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory
greens! Enjoy the whole smoothie for breakfast or make half the recipe for a snack.

Recipe Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup non-dairy or low-fat milk (use only ½ cup if you like a thicker smoothie)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Optional add-ins: 1 tablespoon flax/chia/hemp seed; 1/2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
