As a NYP Medical Group patient, you can access and visualize your health records in the Health app on your iPhone.
You also have the ability to connect other health applications that meet the technical requirements. Please contact the Patient Portal hotline at 646-697-7761 to request additional information on this process.
To securely access your health records on Apple Health or any other external application, you will need to use your MyHealth user ID and password.
