Lang Youth Scholars are highly motivated young adults who are committed to learning and to serving in their community. Scholars are dedicated to exploring scientific concepts, which lead them to a better understanding of the world, especially in the areas of health science.

Lang Youth Scholars utilizes a comprehensive admissions process, which includes an application, essays, teacher recommendations, parent statement, and an interview. This approach helps the staff identify the characteristics necessary to be a Lang Scholar.
