Employees at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital were honored for their years of service , some putting in more than 45 years on the job. Two hundred and seventeen of the Hospital’s 712 full-time employees were also honored for perfect attendance, a record 30 percent of the full-time workforce.

"You should all be proud," said President John C. Federspiel, speaking to employees at the hospital’s annual service awards ceremony. "To have such a high percentage of our workforce with perfect attendance speaks to the great culture here as well as the dedication of our employees."

The ceremony also honored employees who have been employed at the hospital from five to as many as 45 years. In addition, a special tribute was paid to Vice President of Patient Services Kathy Webster, who is retiring after 39 years with the hospital.
