NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Trude Weishaupt Memorial Dialysis Center provides high-quality renal services in Queens.
Our 29-station in center unit offers dialysis care from 5am to midnight, six days per week. The Center offers home programs, including home hemodialysis, and two types of peritoneal dialysis, allowing our patients to choose which modality best fits their lifestyle and medical needs.
Our quality patient care is provided by a very experienced and dedicated team of professionals, including board-certified nephrologists, renal fellows, certified nephrology nurses, certified hemodialysis technicians, certified dialysis biomed technicians, social workers, and dietitians. The team performs patient-centered care involving patients and their families in all aspects of their medical care.
In addition, NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is a leading research hospital, and your nephrologists are involved in exploring all aspects of dialysis adequacy, nutrition, anemia, and treatments to slow or prevent the progression of kidney disease. This ensures that our patients can access the latest in cutting-edge treatments, medications, and procedures. We offer transplant services through NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, and work with all regional transplant programs.
