- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (lean meat best)
- ½ cup greek yogurt (non-fat preferable)
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp mayo (low-fat preferable)
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup halved grapes
- 1/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- ½ small white or red onion, chopped (or scallions)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine and serve at room temperature.
- Store in refrigerator in airtight container for 5-7 days.
