Halloween-Baby-Born-at-HVHC
You've heard of the first New Year's Baby. Meet the first Halloween Baby. That's really a misnomer because although Oct. 31 is Halloween it's also the birthday of celebrated Girl Scouts Founder Juliette Gordon Low who was born in 1860. This is the second year, that Girl Scouts have presented the first baby girl born on Oct. 31 at Hudson Valley Hospital with a special basket of goodies including a tiny Girl Scout uniform in honor of GS Founder Low.

The Foundation of NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors.

Appointed to the Foundation Board were Jim Coleman, Director of Westchester County’s Industrial Development Agency, and Health Professional Loretta Rodriguez-Lagonia.
