NewYork-Presbyterian’s Social Media Recognized as No. 1 by Convince & Convert

The NewYork-Presbyterian Social Media team was recently recognized as the No. 1 hospital in Convince & Convert’s comprehensive report on the “The Best of Social Media from America’s Top Hospitals.”
NewYork-Presbyterian stood out among the top hospitals for its commitment to strategy, its larger-than-average publishing window (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and its commitment to publishing content on weekends, not just weekdays, according to the report. Convince & Convert, a digital marketing and social media customer service consultation firm, used Rival IQ, a social media analytics company, to study engagement metrics for the public Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts from the top 53 U.S. hospitals. NewYork-Presbyterian’s “posts put people and stories front and center,” the report said.
