SMART Goals

SMART Goals

To make setting goals a little easier, try using the acronym SMART which stands for:

Specific- make sure your goal is specific so you know exactly what to do

Measurable- this helps us so that we have a way to know if we have met the goal

Achievable- we want our goal to be realistic and attainable

Relevant- if we set goals that we value we will be more likely to commit to them

Timeline- goals should have a clearly defined time frame with a target completion date

Try creating your own SMART Goal. You can always create new goals and even revise old ones using the SMART method to help you stay motivated as you make progress.
