If that’s the case, ask if they can check with one of the therapists, or schedule a time for you to speak to the therapist directly to get more information.

Keep in mind that you might be asked for a few details, such as your age or date of birth, insurance information, and a brief description of what you would like support with. You might feel nervous, but the person answering the phone is there to help you.
