Safe Horizon Intimate partner Violence Hotline

Intimate partner violence hotline for shelter placement, available 24 hours a day, 7 days week.

Sanctuary for Families Helpline

Sanctuary for families services survivors of intimate partner or family violence, sex trafficking, teen dating violence, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, and other forms of gender-based violence. For counseling, shelter, and other services, please call 1-212-349-6009 x221; for legal services, please call 1-212-349-6009 x246. The helpline operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Family Justice Center

As part of the Mayor’s Office to Combat Intimate partner Violence, Family Justice Centers are located throughout the five boroughs, providing criminal justice, civil legal, and social services for survivors of intimate partner violence, elder abuse, and sex trafficking. Victim Information and Notification Every day (VINE)

This service allows crime victims to obtain timely and reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders, 24-hours a day.

The New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault

RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline in partnership with more than 1,100 local rape crisis centers across the country.
