Overnight Chia Oats
Recipe Yields: 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Crunchy Unsalted Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Banana, Mashed
- 1/4 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Mash banana in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl, except chia seeds, and mix until smooth.
- Add in chia seeds and mix for 1 minute
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with cocoa nibs or unsweetened shredded coconut.
