Epilepsy monitoring

NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester offers 24-hour video electroencephalography (EEG) to diagnose and monitor epilepsy and other seizure disorders in both children and adults. Our specialists use video EEG to monitor patients with suspected epilepsy and assess how patients are responding to their antiseizure medication, all in a setting that is calm, comfortable, and close to home.

Pituitary and brain tumors

Our neurosurgeons specialize in treating a wide range of brain tumors, including gliomas and meningiomas, using minimally invasive approaches whenever possible. Through our comprehensive Pituitary Tumor Program, we provide advanced surgical options, medications, and radiation therapy in collaboration with our Cancer Center to children and adults with pituitary tumors.

Neuromuscular disorders

With expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neuromuscular diseases and disorders, including myasthenia gravis, myopathy, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), neuro-immunologic disorders, small fiber neuropathy, and dystonia, our neurologists offer advanced diagnostic testing such as nerve conduction studies, electromyography (EMG), and electroencephalography (EEG). Patients who need intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) can receive treatment in our modern, comfortable infusion center.
