- Coronary artery bypass surgery

About The Program
When your physician refers you for rehabilitation therapy, you will have an initial evaluation to assess your physical ability as well as to help you establish personal goals. Based on the information from your initial evaluation and in collaboration with your physician, our staff will design an individual exercise program to meet your medical needs. Your program will last approximately 12 weeks.
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program provides lifestyle modification education and counseling to lower your risk for future heart problems, such as following a heart-healthy diet and maintaining a healthy weight.
