Our program includes a complete evaluation in just one day, starting with an opening education session to inform you about the transplant process. During this day, you will undergo essential lab work and have evaluation appointments with four key members of our transplant team: a transplant nephrologist, transplant surgeon, social worker, and transplant financial coordinator.
