Ultrasound Fellowship

Emergency Ultrasound

The Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at New York Presbyterian Queens (NYPQ) was developed to further train emergency physicians in the utilization of this important diagnostic modality and to establish a strong foundation for our fellows’ academic and administrative career advancement. Over the course of this 1-year program, fellows hone their skills as educators working closely with the emergency medicine residents, as well as students from the Weill Cornell College of Medicine and other sponsoring institutions. Fellows will also develop a working relationship with both departmental and hospital administrators and gain exposure to operational components such as policy development, billing, and machine maintenance.
