- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program
- NCCPA Board Certification (including new graduates who are PANCE eligible)
- Must be certified by June 15th
- NYS license
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications

- 3 letters of recommendation (for graduates < 2 years, must include a letter from program faculty member and a letter from a clinical preceptor)
- 3 letters of recommendation from leaders who can speak to your clinical work (e.g., program director/faculty, clinical preceptor, supervisor, or manager):
- If <1 year of experience, at least 1 letter must be from a PA Program faculty member and 1 letter must be from a clinical rotation preceptor
- If 1-2 years of experience, 1 letter must be from PA Program faculty member and other 2 letters may be from either a clinical rotation preceptor and/or current clinical supervisor/manager
