Most pediatric programs end at age 18, leaving patients with complex foot and ankle conditions to navigate the adult care landscape alone. The CALF Program was born from a need for continuity. We provide a care center where patients with complex or untreated conditions can access expert surgical and non-surgical management from birth through adulthood with orthopedic expertise offered from both the pediatric and adult foot and ankle perspective.
- Seamless Transitions: No need to "re-start" with a new system; your records,
- imaging, and surgical history stay within one collaborative team.
- Dual Expertise: Access to both pediatric and adult foot and ankle orthopedic
- specialists simultaneously.
- Outcome-Focused: We focus on long-term function and quality of life across the
- entire lifespan.
