Patient & Family Advisory Council

NewYork-Presbyterian welcomes the participation of patients and family members on our Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFACs). The PFACs work to enhance the Hospital’s delivery of patient and family-centered care through collaboration between patients, families, staff, physicians and administrators. PFAC members are volunteers who are engaged in policy making and program development initiatives across our NYP campuses.
