Blueberry Oatmeal Bake

Recipe Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  •  2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 cup Blueberries
  •  1 Egg
  •  3 Tbsp Honey
  •  1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk (or other milk/milk substitutes)
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp ginger
  •  1/4 tsp nutmeg
  •  1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions

  1.  Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2.  Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  3.  Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees, until the top is golden brown and milk appears to be absorbed. Enjoy warm or cold!
