Blueberry Oatmeal Bake
Recipe Yields: 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk (or other milk/milk substitutes)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees, until the top is golden brown and milk appears to be absorbed. Enjoy warm or cold!
