Spear and NewYork-Presbyterian are collaborating to advance rehabilitation care by expanding access to outpatient rehabilitation services across the New York metropolitan area. As part of the collaboration, nine new locations will open in New York City and Westchester in 2026, helping patients access high-quality physical therapy closer to where they live and work.

The collaboration is designed to enhance continuity of care for patients by creating a more connected experience across each stage of recovery. The new locations will bring together Spear’s expertise in outpatient rehabilitation and guidance from NewYork-Presbyterian’s leading clinical experts, offering a more coordinated approach to musculoskeletal care.

By strengthening connections between outpatient rehabilitation services and NewYork-Presbyterian’s extensive network of specialty care, in collaboration with its two renowned medical schools, Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and Weill Cornell Medicine, the organizations aim to create a more seamless experience for patients throughout their care journey.

In addition to expanding access to care, the collaboration will create opportunities for clinical education and professional development initiatives that support rehabilitation excellence across both organizations.
