Peekskill/Cortlandt EMS at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital Named EMS Agency of the Year

Cortlandt Peekskill Regional Paramedics at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital were named EMS Agency of the Year by the Westchester Regional EMS Council. The group was chosen from among 60 agencies countywide.

They were honored May 22 at the 40th Annual EMS awards ceremony at Sleepy Hollow High School attended by more than 200 providers and their families.

The agency provides Advanced Life Support (ALS) to the City of Peekskill, Town of Cortlandt, Village of Buchanan, and Lake Mohegan / Verplanck Fire Districts. They respond to more than 4,500 calls each year.
