Best and brightest companies to work for

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital recently won two Best and Brightest awards from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). In 2018, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital was recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and was among the Best and Brightest in Wellness.

“At NewYork-Presbyterian, our people are what helps make us the No. 1 hospital in New York,” said Robert Holdom, vice president of Total Rewards at NewYork-Presbyterian. “We value our employees and support them by providing a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards package, including best-in-class benefits, compensation, retirement, and health and wellbeing programs. More broadly, our culture of respect, diversity, inclusion and belonging create an environment where the 'best and brightest’ talent want to come to work at our hospital.”

The Best and Brightest in Wellness award recognizes NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s employee Health & Wellbeing program, NYPBeHealthy. This employee-focused program offers a wide range of services and resources – from yoga and meditation classes to hosting a greenmarket with locally grown fresh produce – that promote the physical health and mental health of employees. NYPBeHealthy’s innovative approach takes a comprehensive view of wellbeing, and has become an integral part of the culture at NewYork-Presbyterian.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations, human resources, and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and improved financial performance.
