Dr. Christian Piccolo, Pain Management Specialist, Joins NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital

Dr. Christian Piccolo, M.D., a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who specializes in pain medicine, has joined NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital and will see patients in his Yorktown Heights office.

Dr. Piccolo specializes in pain management and is skilled at treating patients with chronic pain stemming from many causes including back injuries, nerve damage, chronic diseases, traumatic injuries or post surgical pain.

Board Certified in Pain Medicine, Dr. Piccolo uses the latest technology to help patients maintain an improved quality of life while recovering from chronic pain. Dr. Piccolo uses proven techniques including spinal cord stimulation in which electrical impulses can soothe inflamed nerves and nerve blocks which deliver pain medication directly to affected areas.

Dr. Piccolo completed both his residency in anesthesiology and his post doctoral clinical fellowship in interventional pain management at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Scripps Clinic/Green Hospital. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Piccolo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in New York and California.

Starting in April, Dr. Piccolo's offices will be located at Hudson Valley Pain Management, PLLC, 1940 Commerce St., Suite 212 in Yorktown Heights. Appointments can be made by calling 914-245-3060.
