Create Your Weight Program at Lawrence Hospital Center

Create Your Weight is a 10-week, multifaceted adult weight management program that is scientifically based. The class is taught by Registered Dietitian Katie Campbell who focuses on the three most important aspects for long term, successful weight loss: education, physical activity and behavior change. Campbell's last class had an average 20lb weight loss during the 10-week period.
The class will meet every Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lawrence Hospital Center beginning on January 21st.
