Sports Performance Training - Collegiate Athletes

Collegiate Athlete Training Program

Group training sessions are offered five days/week.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Movement prep dynamic warm-up

  • Speed and agility

  • Plyometrics

  • Movement-based strength training

  • Cardio intervals and metabolic conditioning

  • Mobility and recovery techniques

Semi-Private Training:

One session a day: $325/week or $1300/month

Two sessions a day: $500/week or $2000/month


$650/week or $2000/month
