Adult Group Training membership includes access to our high-energy group training classes.

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • Movement prep dynamic warm-up

  • Movement-based strength training

  • Cardio intervals and metabolic conditioning

  • Mobility and recovery techniques


Two sessions per week: $149/month
