Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Risk Factor Test

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a serious sleep disorder in which breathing stops and starts repeatedly during sleep. Breathing stops because the airway passage in the throat is too narrow. Left untreated, sleep apnea can cause diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.

Take the STOP-BANG quiz to determine if you might be at risk for OSA.
