Client Dedicated Phone Line for Referrals and Appointments. Each client is provided with a unique phone number and e-mail address to access a patient access liaison during business hours.
Identify In-Network Provider. Liaisons will review the employee’s insurance coverage and help identify in-network providers.
Wellness Lectures. HR & Benefit team have the option to request personalized events based on employee’s health issues. For a supplemental cost, Weill Cornell or Columbia physicians led lectures can be coordinated at your workplace.
Second Opinion. Upon request, physicians can provide written reviews of prior diagnoses and test results for a supplemental cost. Liaisons can schedule in-person follow-up appointments.
Internal Resource. Liaisons make courtesy visits during your inpatient, emergency room (if case permits), and surgical stay. Our liaisons address issues or concerns that employees might have while at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
Benefit for Family Members. Employee’s family members are eligible to use this benefit, even if they do not have the same health insurance coverage.
Customized Referral Cards. Clients and their employees are provided with referral cards customized with the firm’s unique access phone number and e-mail address.
