General Information

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program and eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in New York State. For PGY2 residency programs, applicants must be completing or have completed an ASHP-accredited or candidate-status PGY1 residency.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Pharmacy Residency Programs participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program (National Matching Service). Applications must be submitted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) by January 2nd, 2024. Exceptions may be made under unusual circumstances through special arrangement with the respective Residency Program Director. Required documents include:

  • Letter of Intent
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Transcripts
  • Three references
