Audiovisual
The Conference Center is equipped with full audiovisual capabilities managed by NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital audiovisual staff. Use of an audiovisual tech is required when using any equipment in the conference center. Audiovisual support can be booked by e-mailing [email protected]. The following are a list of services offered:
- Projector, screen, and computer in every room for presentations
- Teleconferencing
- Videoconferencing
- Wired and wireless microphones
Wireless Internet
The Conference Center offers wireless connectivity to the Internet through a wireless guest network (broadcast as guest-net). Guest-net does not require special configuration other than selecting this network for your wireless card's connection and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Only basic services such as web browsing and email are allowed. Once connected, open your web browser. Your web browser will be redirected to a disclaimer page listing the Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use for the Wireless Guest Network. You must select "I Agree" at the bottom of the page in order to use guest-net. The guest network is for NewYork-Presbyterian and University guests only.
