Client Dedicated Phone Line for Referrals and Appointments

Each client is provided with a unique phone number and e-mail address to access a patient access liaison during business hours.

Identify In-Network Providers

Liaisons will review the employee’s insurance coverage and help identify in-network providers.

Second Opinions

Upon request, physicians can provide written reviews and liaisons can schedule follow-up appointments (supplemental cost).

Internal Resource

Liaisons make courtesy visits during your inpatient and surgical stay. Our liaisons address issues or concerns that employees might have while at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
