Client Dedicated Phone Line for Appointments and Referrals

A dedicated liaison attends to your company’s personalized access phone line to link you to care within the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital network. Liaisons also access e-mail requests for appointments and referrals. NewYork-Presbyterian Health Navigator handles your requests to ensure that you get the right specialty and appointment time.

Internal Resource

Liaisons make courtesy visits during your inpatient and/or surgical stay. Our liaisons address any issues or concerns that patients might have while at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. This resource contributes to our patient centric care model, putting patients first.

Location of In-Network Providers

Staff ensures that the providers are par with your insurance plan in order to reduce out-of-network costs. This helps reduce unnecessary financial responsibility for employees.

Second Opinions*

A personalized liaison reviews a recent diagnosis and reaches out to a NewYork-Presbyterian top rated physician. The assigned physician will provide a written review of the diagnosis and schedule any follow-up appointments, if requested.

Personalized Marketing

NewYork-Presbyterian Health Navigator creates a unique referral card listing the company’s personalized access phone line and e-mail address. In addition, quarterly newsletters are sent out to clients on new services at NewYork-Presbyterian.
