Ear, Nose, and Throat (Otolaryngology)

Pediatric Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery

The Divisions of Otolaryngology (ENT) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital and NewYork-Presbyterian/Phyllis and David Komansky Center for Children's Health feature teams of specialists well-versed in the diagnosis and treatment of infants and children with a wide range of ENT problems. Our highly skilled otolaryngologists manage and treat the full range of pediatric ENT conditions, including:

  • Chronic infections of the tonsils, adenoids, and ear
  • Sinus diseases
  • Airway and breathing disorders, offering airway reconstruction
  • Craniofacial conditions that affect swallowing, hearing, and speech
  • Hearing loss, featuring collaboration with an audiologist to conduct hearing tests
  • Pediatric head and neck tumors

Both hospitals are also renowned for their Craniofacial Centers. Surgeons in those centers help children born with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other complex facial deformities — as well as those with facial deformities due to burns, trauma, or facial tumors — to regain form, function, and better quality of life using advanced surgical techniques. All services are provided in a warm and compassionate family-centered setting.
