Access to Services for All

At NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, you have the right to receive services and participate in our programs and activities regardless of your race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of payment, age, or any other characteristic, as protected by law.

Visiting Hours and Policies

If you are admitted as an inpatient at NewYork-Presbyterian, your loved ones can visit you at any time. This includes friends, family members, same or opposite sex domestic partners, spouses, and anyone you feel can be a source of emotional support for you during your stay with us. The choice is yours. NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital does not restrict, limit, or otherwise deny visitation privileges based on age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture, language, physical or mental disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
