The
Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation is a comprehensive
program for patients providing care from ambulatory services to
transplantation. The full-time social worker works with the interdisciplinary
teams of both the New York Weill Cornell and New York Presbyterian
Centers. She provides comprehensive psychosocial services to patients
and their families throughout the continuum of care in the inpatient
and ambulatory areas. The social worker Rachel Krupnick, CSW,
is available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (212) 746-3245.
