Renal Transplant Service
The
Dialysis Renal Transplant Service provides comprehensive services
for patients and families from dialysis to transplantation.Ê Two
full-time social workers work with the interdisciplinary Dialysis
and Renal Transplant teams. They provide psychosocial services
to patients and their families throughout the continuum of care
in the inpatient and ambulatory care areas. Social workers are
available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call Rachel Krupnick,
