Rehabilitation Service

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) is a dedicated 22-bed unit providing individualized comprehensive rehabilitative therapy for patients requiring inpatient treatment. Three full time social workers provide psychosocial care, such as, psychosocial assessment, counseling, group support, and discharge planning to patients and their families.

  • Sherry Zauderer, , MSW, LMSW is available Monday through Friday 11am to 7 pm at (212) 746-63643

Patients are admitted and discharged seven days a week. For information about admitting criteria call the Admissions Coordinator Brenda Marshall, RN, at 212-746-0548.

Churne Lloyd, LCSW, provides psychosocial care for patients seen in the ambulatory service. He is available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (212) 746-4360.
