Support Services
Helping women cope with their breast cancer diagnosis and treatment is a key part of Women At Risk's mission. WAR's support programs offer information, education and assistance to breast cancer patients and survivors, their family and friends.
Our English and Spanish Support Groups provide women and their families an important space to share information and support.
The Resource Library is staffed by volunteer breast cancer survivors and offers a range of comforts and informational material.
Our Patient Navigator Program helps women diagnosed with breast cancer at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center navigate the clinical process to facilitate appropriate delivery of medical and ancillary services.
