What hotels are nearest to NewYork-Presbyterian?
The Helmsley Medical Tower at NewYork-Presbyterian's Weill Cornell campus and the McKeen Pavilion at NewYork-Presbyterian's Columbia campus are the Hospital's on-campus hotels.
Off campus, the Crown Plaza Hotel in Englewood, New Jersey is the closest hotel to the Hospital's Columbia campus. The Crown Plaza provides special rates for patients and their families. Additionally, they offer shuttle service to and from the hospital for a small fee.
There are numerous hotels as well as furnished apartments near NewYork-Presbyterian's Weill Cornell campus. Your International Services Coordinator can help with accommodations.
What airports are close to NewYork-Presbyterian?
Airports close to the Hospital are the John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. International Services has on-call personnel available 24/7.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by cash, major credit cards, U.S. issued bank checks and wire transfers.
Will I get a refund if the actual costs of treatment are less than my advance payment?
If your actual charges are below the amount you paid in advance, you will receive a refund after your account is finalized.
How can I establish a U.S. bank account?
Your International Services Coordinator can help you establish a U.S. bank account.
Do you accept letters of guarantee for payment?
We review every request for a letter of guarantee on a case by case basis, including those from international health insurance carriers and/or embassies/consulates. Please contact a Financial Counselor at International Services for more information.
