PPS Governance

The NYP PPS is overseen by five governance committees and a Project Advisory Committee (PAC). The five committees are responsible for the oversight of the PPS, including its priorities, oversight, relationship with New York State and the community, and its day-to-day operations.

Governance Committees

PPS Executive Committeee

The Executive Committee is responsible for the oversight of the PPS, including its vision, programmatic oversight, and relationship with New York State.

PPS Clinical Operations Committee

The Clinical Operations Committee provides recommendations for the PPS’s clinical and programmatic standards.

PPS Finance Committee

The Finance Committee provides recommendations for the PPS's budget and funds flow processes and financial sustainability.

PPS IT/Data Governance Committee

The IT/Data Governance Committee provides recommendations for the PPS's information technology and health information exchange standards and protocols to meet the needs of the PPS's DSRIP projects.

PPS Project Advisory Committee

The Project Advisory Committee provides a structured venue for collaborators, community members, labor representatives and DSRIP project leads/staff to review, discuss, and provide feedback on the PPS’s efforts.
